Help with Junior Section Required

We're looking for help! There's a few posts we'd like to fill (see below) but any sort of help either casual or on a rota will be very welcome.

Fixtures Coordinator

Someone to phone opposing teams on a Wednesday evening to check that the game's on. If it's a home game, contact Yvonne at the club to pass on estimates of numbers – for food. Contact coaches to confirm. Update the board on Friday's with the details.

Kitchen Coordinator

Recruit and rota volunteers to help on home match days with Coffee & Bacon rolls and player's food at lunchtime. Food will have been ordered already, it just needs cooking. There will be time free to watch the kids.

Registrations Coordinator

Take subscriptions from players on a Friday evening. Record who's paid and pass the money behind the bar.

Grounds People/Runners

People to clean changing rooms, erect & drop safety barriers & nets on match days and help with kitchen duties
