Club Membership renewals 2011/12
Yes it’s that time again, when I have to ask you to dig deep and pay for your membership of the Club for the 2011/12 year. Subscriptions are due on 1 September and it would be very helpful if you could pay promptly. You will see that the Committee have kept subscriptions at the same level as last year so I hope you will continue to regard it as money well spent.

This year we intend using the wonders of technology and many of you will get this letter via email as well as its being posted on our website and Rugby First, the RFU's own computer system. This will save a great deal of money in postage and this year we want to get email addresses from as many people as possible in an effort to bring down administration costs in the future, so please let us have it if you haven't already done so.
I am very conscious that while we are a rugby club and that playing rugby is a major cause of expenditure, we also have a large social membership and I am keen that they too feel that their interests are catered for. If you think we can do something to improve facilities, please tell me or any member of the Committee.
In the meantime have a good season.
