Annual Easter 7s Tournament

Easter means only one thing at the Salcombe Rugby Club...a massive weekend of entertaining rugby, a chance to catch up with old friends and the likelihood that a fair few pints will be sunk!

Our programme kicks off on Good Friday when Locker Stash Invitation XV challenge Salcombe Exiles to do their worst. There's a lot of pride at stake so you can be sure that neither team will give in lightly.

Saturday sees a Club XV entertain a visiting side. Of recent years a combined team of young men from Pewsey Vale RFC & the Wolverhampton Wizards have taken up the gauntlet.

Having whetted everyone's appetite for rugby action over the previous two days, we save the biggest event for Sunday. What better than a fast paced Seven's Tournament? We are always open to new team registrations but get them in quick! This has become a well-known and popular event and unfortunately we always have to disappoint a few latecomers.

 There is always a beer tent, BBQ, tea, coffee and snacks available all day so if you are new to the area or just visiting, why not come over and see what it's all about.
