To the Members of SRFC
On behalf of the Board and Committee, I would like to thank all our members for their support and understanding whilst we put in place the measures we feel that are necessary for the safety of our staff, members and guests.
We have enlisted the services of a Health & Safety company to contribute to the club's Covid-19 Risk Assessment of the club premises and will be guided by their feedback. This will include the safety equipment we will need to purchase for our staff and how best to make the club a safe environment for when we reopen the doors.
Whilst completing our own internal checks, it would appear that other measures also need to be completed before we open.
To this end, once we have completed our staff re-training, we are aiming to open by the end of July or the first Friday in August.
The main focus of the Board and Committee in the immediate future is to get the club back up and running. Once we have achieved that, the focus will be the club AGM which we are aiming to hold towards the end of August. Further details to follow.
