SRFC are happy to announce the our Annual General Meeting will take place on 27 August at 7pm at the club. Please see the notification in the link below.
Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, the meeting will be restricted to 30 members that have voting rights on a first-come-first-served basis. Seating will be arranged to meet the social distancing guidelines. Please note that the bar will be closed.
Proxy voting forms are normally accepted up until 48 hours before the AGM however to avoid any disappointment on this occasion we will accept proxy forms up until the start of the meeting. There will obviously be a short delay to the start whilst the secretary validates these late forms. Proxy forms completed before the deadline can be posted through the club door.
Nominations for the board, committee officers (Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Treasurer & Secretary) and President will be accepted from voting members up until 8pm Wednesday 19 August. Please post your nominations through the door at the club for collection.
