Tree trimming
at Twomeads

Work has now started on the boundary trees around the club. Following assessment, a number of trees have been identified as presenting potential safety concerns for neighbouring properties and pedestrians.

While we would have preferred to retain as many trees as possible, the safety of our neighbours, visitors and the wider community must take priority.

We are committed to maintaining and enhancing the local environment, and a tree planting programme is in place to replace those being removed. As with any planting scheme, it will take time for the new trees to become established and provide the same benefits for wildlife and the landscape.

Toby Yeoman has begun undertaking this significant project, which represents a considerable cost to the club but is necessary to ensure the site remains safe.

If you would like to contribute towards the cost of the work, whether through a large or small donation, please contact us at contact@salcomberugby.org.uk.

Thank you for your support.
